Point the scrape call at an Amazon link. With JSON output and no prompt, the data comes back as it is, for 1 credit and no AI cost.

Ask for markdown instead and you get the whole page as text, with the structured data in its own structuredData field next to it. Nothing on the page is dropped.

The price a local shopper sees

Amazon decides the price, the currency and whether a product ships at all from where the visitor is. Read a marketplace from the wrong country and the price is simply missing. Spidra reads each marketplace from its own country, every time.

amazon.co.uk, read from NigeriaNo price
{
"price": null,
"availability": "This item cannot be dispatched
to your selected delivery location.",
"deliverTo": "Nigeria"
}
amazon.co.uk, read from the UKWhat Spidra does
{
"price": 11.99,
"currency": "GBP",
"availability": "In stock",
"buyBox": { "seller": "MAOT ONE" }
}

The same product, read twice on October 16, 2026. The first run is how many scrapers see amazon.co.uk when their server or proxy is in another country.

Choose the delivery address

Stock and delivery dates depend on where the order goes. Add a postcode to the URL and Spidra sets it the way the site's own Deliver to box does, then reads the page.

Ask for the columns you want

Describe the answer as a prompt, a JSON schema or both, and it comes back in that shape. The AI reads a compact copy of the product data, not the whole page, so it stays cheap.

Request
const result = await spidra.scrape({
urls: [{ url: "https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CG1LGWR6" }],

This request cost 3 credits in our test. For plain data, use JSON output with no prompt for 1 credit.

What teams build with it

Amazon data feeds pricing, research and catalog work.

Price and seller data

Collect your prices and your competitors' across marketplaces, with the buy box seller and every other seller's offer.

Product research

Find what sells with best-seller ranks, "bought in past month" and ratings, by category and country.

Catalog and listing checks

Check titles, bullets, images and stock on your own listings and spot changes before customers do.

Amazon is one source of many

Most product projects need more than Amazon. The same API key covers the rest, so you don't stitch vendors together.

  • Scrape the brand's own store or a competitor's site with a prompt or schema.
  • Search the web for a product and get each result's page content in one call.
  • Parse spec sheets and manuals in PDF.
  • Give an AI agent all of it through the Spidra MCP server.

How Spidra compares

There are good Amazon scrapers, and some are cheaper per page at high volume. Here is an honest look at when each one fits.

Choose Oxylabs or Bright Data if

You scrape millions of Amazon pages a month and the lowest price per page matters most, or you want ready-made Amazon datasets.

Choose Spidra if

You want local prices without thinking about proxies, output in your own shape, and Amazon plus any other website, search and PDFs through one API.

Competitor prices are as published on their own pages on 16 October 2026, for 1,000 product pages, and may have changed. Spidra prices use 1 credit per page on each plan. Sources: Oxylabs, Bright Data, SerpApi.

What to know before you build

We would rather you hear the limits from us than find them in production.

  • Amazon shows its full review pages only to signed-in visitors, since November 2024. Without signing in you get the rating, the star breakdown, "Customers say" and the top reviews on the product page. For full review pages, pass the cookies of your own signed-in Amazon session.
  • Product questions and answers moved behind sign-in in 2026, so they aren't returned.
  • One page per request. A search link returns that page of results; Amazon shows a limited number of pages per search, so use narrower searches for more products.
  • A few products, such as subscription plans, use their own page layout. They come back as the full page in markdown without the structured fields.
  • Sign-in, account, cart and checkout pages are refused, free of charge.

What it costs

1 credit per page. Pages that can't be delivered are free. Work out your monthly volume below.

Starter$19/moup to 5,000

FAQs

Common questions about scraping Amazon with Spidra.

Amazon's Product Advertising API is for Associates with qualifying sales and returns a limited set of fields, and the Selling Partner API covers your own seller account. Neither gives you search results, best-seller lists or other sellers' listings as a shopper sees them. Spidra reads the public pages.
